Refund policy

All of our products are made to order, just for you.
Because of this, we do not accept returns or issue refunds unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days if there’s a problem so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for the following:
Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
Incorrect selections (design, product type, size, etc.)
Slight variations in image placement or alignment
Color differences due to screen settings or print processes.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us at cs@3drose.com within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
Your order number
A clear photo of the item
A short explanation of the issue.

Our team will evaluate the claim and issue a replacement, refund, or store credit as appropriate. Replacements typically ship within 2–3 business days.

Refund Process
If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note:
Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at cs@3drose.com

Exchanges
Because our products are made to order, we do not process direct exchanges.
If you'd like a different item, the best option is to place a new order. We can only refund or replace items that arrive damaged or incorrect.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders are printed quickly — often same or next day. If you need to cancel or modify an order, contact us at cs@3drose.com immediately.
Once an item enters production, it cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded.

Color & Print Disclaimer
Slight color or brightness variations may occur due to screen settings and printing processes. These are not considered defects and are not eligible for refund or replacement.

Missing or Lost Packages
If your tracking shows a package was delivered but you haven’t received it:
First, check with neighbors or your local carrier
Still missing? Email us at cs@3drose.com and we’ll help initiate a carrier investigation

International Orders
We do ship internationally. Please note:
Customs fees, import duties, and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility
We cannot refund or replace orders returned due to unpaid customs or delivery refusal

Right to Refuse Claims
3dRose reserves the right to deny any refund or replacement request deemed fraudulent, abusive, or outside the scope of this policy.
