Order Processing Time

We work fast! Most orders are processed and shipped the same or next business day after the order is placed.

Please note: Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the following business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Shipping times depend on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days

International Shipping: Delivery times vary by country and can take anywhere from 7–21 business days, depending on customs processing.

Please note, delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays are beyond our control, especially during peak seasons.

Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and location. You'll see the total shipping cost before you complete your purchase.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your package right to your door.

International Orders
We do ship internationally! Please be aware that customs fees, taxes, or duties may apply in your country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed or appears lost in transit, please reach out to us at cs@3drose.com. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at cs@3drose.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We’ll make it right!
